What are your opening times?
Our Douglas Street Store is open: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and Saturday 11am to 3pm
How will I know when my order is ready?
Our team at Lee’s Tees and Keys will send a text to the number that you will provide when placing your order to tell you that your order is ready. Once you have received this text message please pop in store at a convenient time.
What can you print my design onto?
Here at Lee’s Tees and Keys, we can print onto any garment that can take heat. We also have sublimation products such as mugs and water bottles that we can print on too. Our full catalogue has an extensive range of products and we can print onto everything in it. You can view our catalogue by clicking the button at the top of the page.
What is the best way to send my design and what file format is best?
The best file formats to send your images to us are: .ai, .eps, .pdf, .svg or .png. Please note we the quality of the print we provide is dependent on the quality of the image you provide. The best way to send us your designs is via email as this retains the quality of the image, please refrain from sending these via social media as image quality is significantly reduced. How much does personalisation cost?
It is very had to say a definite price for our services as every order is unique. Our prices are however extremely competitive. We also offer a no obligation quote service, please get in touch to see what we can do for you. Please note the price per item will often decrease based on order size.
